At Bohoknotworks, every crochet and macramé creation is carefully handmade with time, attention, and creativity. Because our products are handcrafted and often made to order, we currently do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
No Refunds or Returns
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Handmade crochet items
- Macramé creations
- Custom-made or personalized orders
- Sale or discounted items
Please review product descriptions, sizes, colors, and customization details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production or shipping has begun, especially for made-to-order items.
Shipping Issues
Bohoknotworks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
